The VidOvation team hopes everyone is staying safe and healthy.  We continue to services the needs of Broadcasters, Government Agencies, and First Responders.  Our priority is emergency communication sustainment and restoration support to critical communications infrastructure facilities in response to the COVID-19 Declaration of National Emergency.  

We are maintaining our regular business hours of 9 AM  to 9 PM Eastern or 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific.

The majority of the VidOvation team is working remotely from home.  We are keeping operations at our offices to a minimum. All customer service and technical support operations will continue as usual. Under California state directives, VidOvation will maintain the necessary operations in support of Critical Infrastructure Sectors such as the Communications Sector.  All communications channels including phone, email, technical support, chat, and GoToMeeting are open on our regular schedule, as outlined below.

The global epidemic of COVID-19 is changing the way we live and work.

After conferring with State and local officials and based on the relatively small number of personal interactions involved in our daily operation, we have decided to continue all services and will be open. Our Technical support team will remain available to serve your needs 24/7.

At VidOvation, we’re taking every measure necessary to ensure the health and safety of all of our colleagues, customers, and families.  We have taken aggressive steps to sanitize surfaces and equipment that are prone to human touch and will do so continuously.  Also, we will make sure that as we interface with you, we will maintain proper distance and sanitize as needed.  We will do everything possible to remain open.  We are lucky that our offices are large enough to provide employees with the recommended physical space. Non-essential employees are working remotely from home.  We are committed to your safety and well being and will comply with any restrictions imposed by authorities.

The VidOvation offices California, Arizona, and New York are all open.
